XBOX 360 Legacy Modchip

Do-it-yourself kit for installing the XBOX 360 Legacy modchip into your XBOX 360 controller.

*Note: This modchip is compatible with CG1/CG2 wireless XBOX 360 circuit boards.

The Legacy modchip gives you access to 100% of the same features as our pre-modded Tyr's Hand or Thor's Hammer rapidfire controllers depending on how you install the modchip in your controller.

You'll need to provide this equipment on your own to complete the install:

• Soldering iron.
• Solder.
• 30-gauge or similar wire.
• Electrical tape.
• Wire Strippers

Your purchase of this DIY "kit" includes:

• The XBOX360 Legacy Modchip
• Torx T-8 Screwdriver for opening XBOX 360 controller
• Downloadable full color, detailed installation instructions

Please note, very little support is provided for Do-it-yourself kits, and this install is not advised for novices. The kits are intended for those customers who are already experienced with XBOX 360 modifications.

Once the controller is built using this modchip, it is compatible with any legacy rapidfire customization software and drivers available to retail Viking customers on our support page.
