I ordered my Rag controller on a sun. So knowing nothing going to be made till Mon. Well Mon came along still said prossesing my order cool. Tue Wed comes along same thing.! Now I all worried like did it go thru and what the hell is the reorder tab for? So Thursday night comes along I figure I had to ask Viking by ticket What's up with my controller? Thinking if I should hit that reorder tab .. I got a almost instant response confirming its built and ready to be shipped. These guys are the real deal if there product is any good as there service I'll be amazed you never get both from a company. Can't wait.. (Posted on 3/27/13)

this is the first modded controller i have ever purchased and it was based off good reviews and doing a lot of research. this controller has lived up to all the reviews and research i did. the biggest advantage viking has over the competition is the lifetime guarantee of updating your software for free instead of having to buy a new controller. also, if you get the usb programmable controller, you're able to customize your controller based on what gun you may use more often (use slot 1, 2 ,3) and the forums help you out with the settings for each mod (rapid fire, quick scope, etc.). the viking site also helps people with their settings if they don't know which setting to use. the video explaining the drop shot is really helpful since you don't want to drop shot if you're behind a wall or object. if you post to the forums asking a question or trying to get advice, the response time is pretty quick and accurate. and if you have any problems with your controller, just open a support ticket and they get back to you quickly. the only problem i have with this controller is that after less than a month with the controller, it started to act up (put down a claymore without pushing the RT, not being able to use the mod switch). but after writing in the forums about this, a few people have come across this problem as well and they said you just have to send back the controller and get the problem fixed (most said it was a problem with the mod chip inside). but other than that, this controller is amazing and unless i wear out the controller or it breaks somehow, i'll be using this controller since it's a lifetime of free software updates and personal customization. this is the best modded controller out there. and not to mention, if you have extra cash or want to personalize your controller, there are a lot of customizations you can make (buttons, trim, light, color, etc.). this is a great controller and well worth the price! you won't regret it! Before having this controller I had owned a 10 mode modded controller that was customizable and I thought it worked really well. About two weeks ago I bought one of these and it made my old modded controller seem like a tinker toy. The Ragnarok has many more settings than any controller I've ever owned or used and it even has its own software for any Windows computer that allows you to customize it much more than any other controller. It is easy to change between the modes and even easier to annihilate with in Call of Duty. Aside from this controller being amazing at everything, Viking also has their own forum with all the help you need for any problem you may be having as well as fire rate settings for plenty of games, and awesome customer support. This is an awesome controller and as far as I know the best one out there. I think it deserves all 5's. (Posted on 1/26/13)

I've had mine about a week, i play alot of black ops 2, seems to really chew through batteries, then the mods get real tweaky. Shutting off during the game etc. this happens at two battery bars-(in case anyone else has had the same issue). i just can't seem to get the fast reload to work, i think the glitch should be changed to reload/run instead of semtex or trophy or even just have it as a programming option. unfortunately i haven't quite got the hang of the using the other mods yet, but i don't really need them. I stepped up to this one for the zombie auto aim, auto sprint, rapid fire and burst mods.

:Positives: auto sprint is very nice, saves my thumb and was easy to adjust to. Customer service is WOW a 10* with me because theyve been nothing but friendly helpful and thorough the whole time. these guys know how to treat customers with digity and respect! Switching rapid fire modes in the game for class changes can be a trick per weapon class, but i've programmed my mod to correspond with my weapon classes so problem solved. obviously you can plug and play, but taking the time and shaping the controller around your needs and play style instead of the other way around is what its about and the Ragnarok delivers.
BTW: zombie auto aim is great and has actually helped my aim without the mod by helping me learn what to look for when turning and running. (Posted on 1/17/13)

Just received my Rag. controller today, was surprised it only took 4 days to arrive from the time I ordered it right before christmas. I have been playing Call of duty professionally for almost 5 years now and I have had 2 modded controllers they both broke with in a year (gaming modz) was the first lasted a little over 9 months (rapid fire modz) lasted about 7 months then the left joy stick would work so I couldn't run which running helps a lot in CoD if you are looking to buy a modded controller get this one mine has lasted about 2 and a half years it's great.
