i keep on getting "The application failed to initialize properly (oxc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application." when i try to open HIDbootloader

Did you follow the instructions? Would be happy help you out, but hard too say what it is. I am sure it is only a little problem.

i have been watching the youtube video on it and it pops up perfectly for that guy but i keep getting an error automaticaly when i ttry and start mine up. any suggestions

You have windows vista, 7 or xp?

Oki. I think i know the problem. You have too install Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0. or a newer version, thats causes this error normally.
