How do I use "Perfect no scope" Mode?

How do I use the Perfect No Scope option?

My settings:
Slot 1: Sniper
Slot 2: (on other side) Perfect No Scope

Now, do I have to be in Sniper mode on the left side?
I tried it and I can't figure it out. Any help is greatly appreciated.

No you do not have to be in sniper mode while using perfect quikscope. you just use the perfect quickscope mode and press LT to do a quickscope.
